    Children in the residential and day facilities at the Home for Little Wanderers were asked to re-create their favorite animals for this year's "Voices & Visions Creative Writing and Art Exhibition." The kids, ages 5-13, took the theme and ran with it, writing poetry and stories and creating papier-mach sculptures of a 5-foot squirrel, a 7-foot alligator, and an 8-foot barracuda, not to mention penguins, a manatee, and a porcupine. Vermuele, a professor and curator of Museum of Fine Arts in Boston who died in 1996, wrote a book called Greek and Roman Sculptures in America which included IberiaBank s Hadrian statue.
